FAILURE PRODUCT PROCEDURE
   
  • Serial number of the product will be checked to prove that it was sold by Crea Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş.
  • The customer will be notified. Required information about the defect of the product will be taken. Defective product will be sent to Crea Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. through the firm where it was purchased.
  • Guarantee information and product acceptation terms related to the received defective product will be checked.

Terms of Guarantee;

  • The products you purchased are under guarantee within the guarantee period specified in product details.
  • Guarantee period begins with our date of invoice.
  • Breakings and deformations caused by user or defects in electronic devices caused by reasons such as voltage drop etc. are not regarded in the scope of guarantee.
  • Product guarantee is limited with the time and terms of guarantee given by the manufacturer or by Crea Informatics.

Terms of Product Acceptation;

  • There shall be no troubles caused by cargo,
  • There shall be no physical interference,
  • Product and accessories must be in full,
  • Defects in products under guarantee will be repaired or if repairing is not possible, the product will be changed with a new one.
  • Repairs for products out of guarantee shall be paid.
