RETURN PRODUCT PROCEDURE |

|
- Customer representative who receives any claim for refund or return shall evaluate your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.
- Customers whose claims for returns or refunds are approved shall send the product they purchased back to us.
- Once the products are inspected by Quality Control Unit and proved to fit to the terms of refunding or returning, required process shall begin and related return invoice shall be booked to our Customer’s current as receivable.
In order minimize any troubles during return/refund process, our customers must pay attention to the following points.
- Please do not send your product back to us before your claim for return/refund is approved. Products returned this way will not be accepted and will be sent back to our customer.
- When you are notified about the approval of your claim, please make out its return invoice. While making out this return invoice;
- Please make sure that the amount on the return invoice is same with the amount for related product on the sales invoice from Crea Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş.
- In order the account settlement be performed monthly in a healthy way;
- Claims for returns/refunds made after 25th of each month will be evaluated in the first working day of the following month.
- Return invoices of products for which our Customer Representative gave return/refund acceptation approval before 25th of month, must be made out before 25th of the month at the latest and the products must be sent to Crea Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. on the same day.
- Please send all required documents with the product (Return Invoice, Product Return Form). Products returned without any of these documents will not be accepted and will be sent back to our customer.
- Please send back the product in its original packing in full and damage/problem free as soon as possible. Please do not send back deficient, damaged, troubled products.
- Technical service, Quality Control Unit accepts products between 09:00 – 16:30. Products brought out of these hours will not be accepted.
Remember!!! Returns’/refunds’ acceptations will be finalized after Crea Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. Quality Control Team’s approval. Products which Quality Control Team found inappropriate for being returned/refunded, will be sent back to our customers.
